Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Exponent GmbH, Switzerland ("Exponent", "we", "us"), which operates Sasha Slides. They govern your use of the website at sashaslides.com, the Sasha Slides connector for AI assistants, and the Sasha Slides add-on for Google Slides (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms, as updated from time to time. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

Sasha Slides lets an AI assistant that you connect design several candidate slides, shows them to you inside Google Slides, and inserts the slide you choose into your presentation as editable objects.

2. Your account

• You sign in with Google, Apple, GitHub, an email address and password, or a passkey, and connect a Google account to work with Google Slides. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for keeping it secure, including your password and the devices that hold your passkeys.
• You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to accept these terms where you live.
• If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create or upload, including your presentations and the slides the Service designs for you. You give us permission to access, process and store that content only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Free and paid plans

On the free plan, you allow us to use data from your use of the Service to improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. On a paid plan, we do not use your data for that purpose. You can delete your data at any time at sashaslides.com/account.

5. AI-generated slides

Candidate slides are produced with the help of AI and may contain mistakes, inaccurate statements or layout errors. Review every slide before you rely on it or share it. You are responsible for how you use the slides you choose.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy;
• create content that is unlawful, harassing, or deceptive;
• access accounts or data that are not yours;
• disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the Service, or get around its security or limits.

7. Third-party services

The Service works with Google Workspace and with AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is under active development. Features may change, and the Service may be interrupted or discontinued. We will try to give notice of major changes.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time by revoking its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing the connector from your AI assistant. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we must do so to protect the Service or other users.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page and change the date at the top. Changes take effect when they are posted. If you continue to use the Service after a change takes effect, you accept and agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
